Şirketimiz, sürdürülebilirlik hedefleri doğrultusunda, iklim bilimine uygun olarak karbon emisyonlarını azaltma yönünde yakın vadeli hedefler belirlemeyi Bilim Temelli Hedefler Girişimi (SBTi) aracılığıyla taahhüt etmiştir. Bu taahhüt, SBTi tarafından kabul edilmiştir. Şirketimiz, karbon emisyonu azaltım hedeflerini en geç 24 ay içerisinde SBTi'nin resmi onayına sunacaktır. SBTi, küresel ısınmayı 1,5 derecede sınırlama amacını taşıyan ve bu hedefe ulaşmak için iklim değişikliğiyle mücadele vizyonunu benimseyen şirketlere yol gösteren bir platformdur. Bu girişim; Karbon Saydamlık Projesi (CDP), Birleşmiş Milletler Küresel İlkeler Sözleşmesi, Dünya Kaynakları Enstitüsü (WRI) ve Dünya Doğayı Koruma Vakfı (WWF) tarafından ortaklaşa kurulmuştur. Şirketimiz, geleceği bugünden şekillendirme vizyonuyla, yürüttüğü tüm faaliyetlerde ve yatırımlarında karbon emisyonlarını azaltmayı öncelikli hedeflerinden biri olarak ele almakta ve sürdürülebilir bir dünya için çalışmalarını aralıksız sürdürmektedir.

In line with our sustainability goals, our company has committed, through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), to setting near-term carbon emission reduction targets in accordance with climate science. This commitment has been accepted by SBTi, and we will submit our carbon emission reduction targets for official approval by SBTi within the next 24 months. The SBTi is a platform that aims to guide companies in limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius and in adopting a vision to combat climate change. This initiative was jointly established by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), the United Nations Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). With the vision of shaping the future today, our company prioritizes reducing carbon emissions in all its operations and investments and is committed to working continuously towards a sustainable world.

Şirketimizin 30.10.2024 tarihinde kamuya duyurulan 30.09.2024 tarihli finansal tabloları "Türkiye Muhasebe Standardı 29 Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama" (TMS 29) hükümleri çerçevesinde enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamasına tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu finansal raporda yer alan finansal bilgiler, Şirketimizce daha önce ilan edilen bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine ait finansal tablolarda ve çeşitli yatırımcı bilgilendirme materyallerinde yer alan enflasyon düzeltmesine tabi tutulmamış finansal bilgiler ile karşılaştırılabilir nitelikte değildir. Bu gerekçeyle, finansal sonuçlarımıza ilişkin olarak yatırımcılar ve analistler tarafından sağlıklı bir analiz yapılabilmesi amacıyla, Şirketimizin kurumsal internet sitesi vasıtasıyla kamuya duyurmuş olduğu yatırımcı sunumlarında, seçilmiş gösterge niteliğindeki finansal bilgiler enflasyon muhasebesine göre düzeltilmemiş halde de sunulmaktadır. Enflasyon düzeltmesine tabi tutulmamış söz konusu finansal bilgiler bağımsız denetimden/incelemeden geçirilmemiş olup, Şirketimizin bağımsız denetimden/incelemeden geçmiş olan 30.09.2024 tarihli finansal raporlarında yer almamaktadır. Bahse konu finansal bilgiler, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu ve finansal raporlamadan sorumlu yöneticilerinin sorumluluğunda olmak kaydıyla, finansal performansımıza yönelik tutarlı ve karşılaştırılabilir bir değerlendirme yapılabilmesi amacıyla yatırımcılarımızın ve piyasa paydaşlarının değerlendirmesine sunulmak üzere hazırlanmış ve kamuya duyurulmuştur.

The Company's financial statements dated 30.09.2024, which were disclosed to public on 30.10.2024, have been subject to inflation accounting within the framework of the "Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies Standard" (IAS 29). Financial figures given in this financial report is not comparable with the financial figures that were not subject to inflation adjustment which were disclosed to public by the Company in its financial statements and various investor information materials prepared for the same period in the previous year. For this reason, selected financial figures are also presented without adjusting for inflation accounting and disclosed through investor presentations on the Company's corporate website, in order for investors and analysts to conduct a full-fledged analysis for the Company's financial performance. The financial figures that are not subject to inflation adjustment have not been independently audited/reviewed and are not included in the Company's audited/reviewed financial reports dated 30.09.2024. Such financial figures have been prepared and disclosed to public for providing the investors and market participants consistent and comparable assessment of our financial performance, under the responsibility of the Company's Board of Directors and executives who are responsible for financial reporting.
